Requirements
Must:
- Experience executing SQL queries and handling databases.

- Ability to see tasks through from start to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with ticketing or help desk systems.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute and analyze SQL queries to access, modify, and verify system data.
- Create, track, and manage support tickets to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot internal systems and applications.
- Document problems, solutions, and procedures within the ticket management system.
- Oversee requests and ensure tasks are finalized from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams to efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support operations and system updates.
- Assist with the maintenance, testing, and operational tasks of systems as required.
