Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in managing SFTP services, including OpenSSH and managed SFTP platforms
- Experience with administration, configuration, and upkeep of MOVEit Transfer and Automation platforms
- Knowledge of user account management, SFTP folder permissions, and secure access control enforcement
- Ability to devise and sustain automated workflows for file transfers
- Strong skills in monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and resolving technical difficulties
- Familiarity with compliance guidelines such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2
- Competence in managing encryption keys, including PGP/GPG and SSL/TLS certificates, as well as SFTP Firewall Ruleset configurations
- Detail-oriented in maintaining comprehensive documentation of system setups and operational protocols
- Capable of resetting credentials and SSH keys in accordance with established policy
- Experience with submitting IP whitelisting/blacklisting for firewall configurations via ServiceNow
- Vigilance in monitoring and reviewing logs for unauthorized access or abnormal activity
Responsibilities
- Administer SFTP services and oversee their integrity
- Handle the configuration, maintenance, and administration of MOVEit Transfer and Automation platforms
- Manage user accounts and dictate permissions for SFTP folders to maintain security protocols
- Create and sustain automated workflows for effective file transfer operations
- Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with required frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2
- Oversee the management of encryption keys and secure certificate configurations
- Document system configurations and operational procedures meticulously
- Reset security credentials and SSH keys when necessary
- Process IP whitelisting and blacklisting requests to maintain firewall security
- Monitor logs for any signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Description
We are offering an on-site position as part of a 3-month contract, with the potential for a long-term extension. Our team focuses on maintaining secure and efficient file transfer operations, specifically using MOVEit Transfer and Automation platforms. The pay ranges from $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 per month.
