Requirements
Must:

- Significant experience in customer service or a similar role in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit comprehensive expertise in the VCS product suite, implementation process, and associated project objectives.
- Efficiently oversee software implementations from initiation to completion within designated timelines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to stay on track.
- Assess, address, diagnose, and resolve client issues during the implementation phase.
- Deliver prompt customer training, both on-site (travel required) and virtually.
- Conduct interactive training sessions for key employees of client organizations on VCS systems.
- Provide technical support and help desk services after implementation.
- Facilitate customer training sessions during the VCS Annual User Conference.
- Research and suggest enhancements and trends in training methodologies.
- Ensure that the rollout of new applications or upgrades is meticulously planned and executed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and VCS support and development teams to resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare and share weekly progress updates and training schedules with clients.
- Manage expectations of both the company and clients throughout the training process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
