Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Technical expertise in nuclear plant regulations, processes, programs, and procedures
- Experience with financial management, planning, and scheduling
- Engineering experience in Design, Systems, or Component specialties
- Preferred: Plant Certification or SRO Certification/License

Responsibilities
- Provide direction and oversight for the Plant Support Engineering Department
- Develop and mentor PSE Supervisors
- Chair and facilitate a variety of meetings
- Act as a Project Sponsor when necessary
- Handle staffing activities
- Manage and allocate the departmental budget to address site issues, execute engineering outage activities, and perform analyses
- Create and implement the Equipment Reliability strategy
- Collaborate with State and Federal regulators to ensure safe operational practices
- Establish departmental priorities aligned with site needs and corporate leadership goals
- Engage with external review committees
