Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the Competitive/Deregulated Electricity sector
- At least 1 year of experience in developing and analyzing extensive customer information systems and processes
- A minimum of 1 year in managing customer-facing projects required
- Proven history of increasing responsibilities and duties
- Experience with VBA, SAP, SFDC, and StreamServe is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Execute routine data validation and rate analysis tasks to support operational readiness across various technologies and channels
- Prepare datasets to aid in the development and maintenance of product offerings, ensuring rate structures and regulatory terms are consistent
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define basic project requirements and assist in launching campaign and product content
- Regularly maintain and update internal tools, controls, and databases to guarantee data precision and process efficiency
- Support the product creation and maintenance process by preparing documentation and facilitating approval workflows
- Review product content aimed at customers for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as necessary
- Enhance the accuracy of rate management data processing and reporting through the use of AI tools and automation
- Be available to provide support outside of core business hours as needed
