Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience (or Masters with 2+ years) in a quantitative business role involving financial, data, or business analytics
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling (Excel) and SQL programming; experience with statistical software such as Snowflake and Python, as well as data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong experience utilizing AI-enabled analytics and automation tools for enhancing offer strategy and campaign analysis is highly desirable
- Familiarity with customer-facing roles and project coordination/management approaches is preferred
- Preference for candidates with experience in portfolio performance management, go-to market strategies, pricing tactics, and understanding cross-functional roles and interdependencies
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and encourage open communication, fostering transparency in offer strategy decisions
Responsibilities
- Perform economic, financial, competitive, and pricing analysis
- Evaluate residential offer strategies through detailed analysis of channel performance, pricing, and sales mix
- Enhance go-to market planning models to facilitate campaign launches, working comfortably with large datasets in Excel, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and/or Python
- Monitor and manage margins for new and existing customers, supporting efforts to reduce customer losses
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to inform critical, time-sensitive business decisions
- Analyze market trends and identify segments where business positioning can improve
- Execute variance analysis on sales mix and channel margin performance; assist in presenting findings and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to discover performance improvement opportunities and design effective tools and tactics
- Support the monthly and annual planning and forecasting processes
- Utilize project management techniques to ensure timely and efficient execution of pricing and offers across channels
- Participate actively in cross-functional teams, providing analytical expertise and unique perspectives to align decision-making with dynamic market changes
