Principal Customer Success Analyst

- Establish and uphold methodologies to ensure the ongoing integration of processes - Design metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the integration process - Implement and oversee a change management process for smooth transitions of new or modified processes - Identify improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Retail Energy operations - Monitor and evaluate daily issues to ensure adherence to business practices, policies, and procedures - Collaborate with key personnel to determine reporting needs and follow through with partners to develop necessary tools - Integrate and manage data from various systems including CIS, CIS+, SAP, and external sources - Partner closely with Governance, business units, and strategic partners to execute and implement new business and/or regulatory requirements - Address reported issues promptly and, if necessary, escalate appropriately - Analyze extensive amounts of customer data, such as feedback, to propose solutions that enrich customer experience - Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize business proposals for operational viability while ensuring alignment with objectives - Foster ongoing communication with strategic partners and internal personnel to ensure valued relationships aligned with business initiatives - Apply advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to intricate processes for modeling, forecasting, and complex analytical challenges - Utilize statistical knowledge to produce relevant descriptive statistics related to business functions and customer segmentation - Engage with various internal/external teams by offering data expertise and original perspectives to adapt decision-making to changing business needs - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for analyzing and enhancing business processes - Provide guidance and direction to Analysts
