Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience with Wi-Fi and switching vendor solutions (e.g., Ruckus, Brocade, Cisco)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems
- Excellent technical presentation abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of pre-sales engineering and technical account management
- Reside in the Montreal region
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking Engineering, IT Management, or Computer Science preferred
- Professional or associate-level networking industry certification (e.g., CCNA, CWNA)
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi technology evolution and wireless network optimization
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales engineering support including network design and technical training
- Identify and create a territory account plan based on industry business insights
- Maintain knowledge of RUCKUS solutions, both wireless and wired
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, effectively positioning RUCKUS offerings
- Collaborate with Territory and Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and achieve sales goals
- Conduct technical demonstrations and develop best practices for customer engagements
- Manage proof of concept evaluations and present technical materials to clients and prospects
