Requirements
Must:
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic Python or scripting familiarity
- Experience with dashboards, charts, KPIs, or reporting tools
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong grasp of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in writing clear technical requests, user stories, feature cards, SOPs, and documentation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment related to fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work on-site in Santee, CA
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with pickers, packers, managers, customer service, brands, and developers to identify system and workflow challenges
- Identify manual processes and propose enhanced solutions
- Transform user feedback into precise development cards, feature requests, user stories, and process documentation
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent to optimize workflows, documentation, reporting, and automation
- Develop dashboards and reports for SLAs, order volume, delayed orders, fulfillment speed, picker/packer performance, inventory accuracy, marketplace analytics, and brand performance
- Leverage SQL, Excel/Sheets, basic Python, APIs, or automation tools to retrieve, clean, and analyze data
- Test new WMS features, provide feedback to developers, and ensure proper feature launches
- Create SOPs, training materials, process workflows, and documentation for new tools and workflows
- Assist in automating customer service processes using tools such as Intercom, Fin AI, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
