Business Analyst / Project Lead - DoD Clearance Required

- I will support project initiatives and host weekly meetings to ensure that projects remain on schedule and that team members receive necessary assistance. - I will create and update project schedules weekly and validate effort hours. - I will take responsibility for multiple products/applications from a business analysis perspective while managing and coordinating multiple application releases. - I will prepare timelines/schedules and scopes for government approval, along with requesting resources (e.g., QA, technical writers) to support releases. - I will review test plans and sign off on documents for accuracy while managing and coordinating non-maintenance releases. - My duties will also include developing and maintaining project documentation, creating Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and maintaining user stories, epics, and Jira entries. - I will assist with gathering documentation and artifacts for weekly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) and aid developers with unit testing. - I will conduct data analysis and resolve problems, report issues in JIRA for tracking purposes, and provide exceptional customer service and integration support through direct interaction and communication with internal and external clients. - I will facilitate team meetings to ensure project deliverables and contract requirements are met while overseeing the project work—defining, scheduling, controlling, and updating all project tasks. - I will communicate project status to the client through status reports and create and update Monthly Status Reports. - I will collaborate with Technical Leads to ensure work completion while being responsible for establishing requirements, documenting them, and managing changes throughout the project's lifecycle. - I will update and maintain the Risk, Decisions, and Issues log, ensuring that project risks are addressed and mitigated as necessary, along with reviewing the status of all issues, tracking them to closure, and escalating where needed.
