Destination Partnership Services Intern

- Assist in maintaining and updating the partnership database, including processing profile updates and communicating with member contacts - Conduct research to gather and verify partner account details to ensure system accuracy - Provide administrative support for the Partner Sales team, aiding in outreach preparation and coordination of materials - Offer general support to the Destination Partnerships team as necessary - Complete special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Destination Services, Partnerships & Events - Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to support database integrity - Clean and validate data to ensure consistency and usability across platforms - Review data for inconsistencies or errors, making necessary corrections prior to final entry - Maintain accurate database records by updating information, purging obsolete data, and performing regular data cleanses - Analyze and interpret data sets to identify trends and insights using basic statistical methods as required - Retrieve, format, and produce reports from the database to meet internal requests - Apply strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and stay familiar with database management tools - Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture in line with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
