Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of IT experience focusing on HR systems and enterprise applications
- Extensive knowledge of SAP HR technologies, including SuccessFactors and core HR/payroll
- Proficient in system integrations, data modeling, and security architecture
- Understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and contemporary product practices
- Demonstrated capability to lead diverse teams and influence various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to connect technical and business communities
- Bachelors degree in a pertinent field
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectures, data schemas, and system designs for core HR, payroll, and ERP components
- Drive HR transformation projects, ensuring systems support future-oriented processes
- Create integration methodologies leveraging cloud services and middleware to link HR, finance, and external systems
- Implement role-based security structures to safeguard sensitive information and fulfill compliance criteria
- Advise on technical standards, balancing platform best practices with custom solutions
- Collaborate with business, HR, and IT leadership to ensure technology aligns with organizational objectives
Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Solution Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise HR systems. In this role, you will create scalable and secure solutions across cloud HR platforms and core ERP to meet our business objectives and enterprise standards. This position is a long-term contract opportunity (initially ~12 months) with potential for extension, offering a hybrid work model that includes some onsite presence in Midtown while providing remote flexibility.
