Requirements
Must:

- Proficiency in using Windows desktops and laptops.
- Capability to stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while keen to enhance technical knowledge.
- Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote and phone-based technical assistance to clients.
- Engage with multiple systems to monitor and respond to support tickets and network notifications.
- Precisely document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Work closely with leadership to improve support processes and elevate customer service.
