Requirements
Must:
- Experience in help desk support (1 year preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (1 year required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server (1 year preferred)
- Exposure to VMWare and Veeam (1 year preferred)
- Strong background in customer service
- Understanding of server and networking concepts is advantageous
- Ability to manage projects effectively
- Capability to engage with decision-makers at small to medium businesses
- Willingness to assist in sales and guide IT strategy for clients
- For higher-level applicants, experience in server deployment and project management, including O365 migrations and hardware upgrades, is required
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user support through phone, remote management tools, and on-site assistance
- Troubleshoot and provide support for Microsoft products and other platforms
- Configure and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements
- Execute server deployment and lead project initiatives when applicable
- Support migration of on-premise servers and design network implementations
- Enhance customer service experience by assisting in technical direction and sales support
