Requirements
Must:
- 14+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Extensive programming skills in Python.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Machine Learning platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases, such as Pinecone or DB Vector.
- Proficiency in modern AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Experience in model Fine-Tuning, Embeddings, Document Chunking, Knowledge Graphs, and Vectorization.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Financial Services sector.
- Direct knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Credit, Servicing, or Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-level Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector search features.
- Design and enhance robust Data Pipelines, APIs, and Event-Driven Systems.
- Utilize Containerization techniques effectively using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Lead the extraction and processing of unstructured data through Document AI and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods.
- Implement Security-by-Design principles throughout all architectural decisions and cloud implementations.
