Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing high-volume digital projects (1,000+ independent projects)
- Strong understanding of digital and content marketing processes (excluding events or physical product launches)
- Experience with Aprimo is highly desirable; familiarity with Workfront is an acceptable alternative
- Focus on operations rather than technical aspects
- Candidates with backgrounds as agency PMs or freelancers accustomed to large-scale digital projects are preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate a major website rebuild initiative based on AEM
- Manage the projects timeline and deliverables effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks throughout the assignment
Description
We are looking for a Web Project Manager for a significant website rebuilding initiative based in Los Angeles, ideally starting between April 1-6. This assignment is expected to last through the end of 2026, with possibilities for extension or full-time conversion. The role is hybrid, requiring approximately one day per week or a few days per month on-site. We offer competitive compensation at a rate of $78-$83 per hour on a W2 basis.
