Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator development
- Proficient in scripting with Deluge and designing workflows
- Strong knowledge of building custom applications and optimizing databases
- Experienced in integrating Zoho with third-party applications
- Familiarity with WordPress development, including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Skilled in implementing AI-driven solutions and automation
- Previous experience in team leadership and project management
- Ability to create technical documentation and training materials
- Understanding of data security and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and customization of Zoho CRM and Zoho One
- Design and maintain custom modules, automations, and dashboards
- Handle data migration and ensure ongoing CRM maintenance
- Create and build custom business applications using Zoho Creator
- Script Deluge for workflows, logic, and automation
- Architect database structures, forms, and reports based on business requirements
- Manage client/vendor portals and ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Supervise the design of user-friendly client-facing portals
- Ensure portals are secure and responsive to user needs
- Oversee integrations with third-party platforms and troubleshoot issues
- Optimize the Zoho Desk system for customer support and create workflows
- Implement and manage AI tools and identify automation opportunities
- Provide technical support to the marketing team for website projects
- Liaise with vendors and manage contracts and technical issues
- Serve as a technical advisor to leadership on CRM and IT strategies
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users
