Must:
We seek a candidate with experience in professional services or technical consulting related to enterprise software solutions. Ideal applicants will have practical knowledge of enterprise software installation, configuration, customization, and testing. A strong grasp of the enterprise software implementation lifecycle and an aptitude for understanding software architecture are essential. Familiarity with technical skills such as MS Windows, SQL, ETL Tools, XML, IIS, JBOSS, and Tomcat is desired. We value a proven ability to balance and manage multiple priorities, along with collaborative interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, capable of using their experience and judgment to meet goals in a complex, fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality data integrations. Exceptional customer service, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills are also important. Project management abilities—including task prioritization, scheduling, issue identification, and management—are required. We prefer candidates with domain knowledge in investment systems, such as Portfolio Management, Trading, or Middle/Back Office Operations. Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Engineer on our Professional Services team, I will be part of an implementation practice, focusing on functional aspects of delivery and execution for new client implementations on our Managed Accounts solutions platform. This hands-on role involves significant client interaction and coordination with internal operations and technology teams to facilitate the implementation and ongoing support of new clients. My responsibilities will include conducting technical and functional analysis of client implementation and integration requirements, documenting configuration needs and estimated efforts, and configuring and setting up the managed accounts platform. I will also be tasked with configuring data loaders, developing workflow processes, and customizing the platform. My proactive approach will involve identifying internal and external dependencies, flagging issues, and ensuring alignment with the project plan. I will play a key role in managing client expectations through excellent communication, providing project status updates to the internal account management team, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, I will offer technical support during and after implementation, develop and deploy custom reports, and contribute to the growth of our core values: We Before Me, Positive Energy, Knowledge Explorer, and Own It.
