Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP development, with a preference for Infor Syteline / CSI
- Strong expertise in SQL Server 2014/2016, including SSRS and SSIS
- Proficiency in C#, VB.net, HTML, Microsoft MVC, and jQuery
- Background in manufacturing environments utilizing ERP systems, preferably Infor
- Familiarity with the Bartender labeling system is a plus
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of printers (HP, Zebra, Intermec)
- Knowledge of end-user workstation management and troubleshooting (Windows 10 & 11)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of the impact of technology on business profitability and employee satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and enhancements for the Infor Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system
- Develop and maintain internal and external applications and websites
- Oversee corporate help desk operations, addressing and resolving escalated issues
- Engage with internal customers to assess needs and explore alternative solutions
- Troubleshoot associated hardware, including printers and label printers
- Aid the IT Director in managing and resolving issues related to end-user workstations
- Identify strategies to enhance internal customer satisfaction and relationships
- Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to internal clients
- Address complex internal customer issues at a senior level
- Collaborate with internal teams and task forces by offering expertise
- Uphold company policies and procedures during operations
- Participate in additional IT projects as assigned

This hands-on role focuses on technical development and enhancement of our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial system, alongside managing our corporate database and ensuring the efficiency of our applications.
