Systems Administrator

- I provide daily IT Operations Support. - I maintain the existing network infrastructure and support data backup and recovery procedures to protect critical systems and data. - I install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, applying patches and updates as necessary. - I possess working knowledge of server support in both physical and virtual environments as well as different operating systems (Windows/Linux). - I have the ability to automate server and service provisioning along with other tasks. - I create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, which includes server configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures. - I share knowledge and collaborate with team members to enhance our overall system administration capabilities. - I respond to system-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions and support for end-users. - I participate in an on-call rotation to resolve urgent issues outside of regular business hours. - I manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. - I proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. - I monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and collaborate with other departments to implement those fixes. - I write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention time for various tasks. - I uphold the standards established by our core values and ensure that business transactions are conducted accurately and with the utmost ethical standards.
