Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud or any Patient CRM platform (preferred)
- Skilled in working alongside Architects to establish comprehensive workflows between various platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS, ensuring a unified patient data source.
- Proven experience in leading the creation of AI Orchestration solutions that utilize real-time data from Data Lakes to provide proactive notifications to patients and case managers.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
- Experience in developing custom AI Agents utilizing AWS BedRock.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, resolve issues, and enhance data workflows.
- Innovative problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges.
- Capable of communicating intricate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, ensuring digital solutions adhere to Pharma-specific regulations such as HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
- Background in Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools within the Pharma Commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and collaborate with Architects to outline end-to-end processes among various systems, ensuring a singular patient data source.
- Lead the development of AI solutions that use real-time data to proactively assist both patients and case managers.
- Utilize AWS services to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Create and deploy custom AI Agents geared towards improving patient interaction and care.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex datasets, optimizing data flows for efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity in communication regarding technical developments and strategies.
- Oversee compliance with relevant regulations regarding data governance within digital solutions.
