Requirements
Must:
- A solid understanding of computer management principles and IT support methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various software applications and operating systems.
- Experience with virtual servers (ProxMox) as well as LAN (Local Area Network) configurations and management.
- Proficient in English; Spanish is preferred and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- I will provide technical support for hardware and software issues across different operating systems, including Windows and ProxMox virtual servers.
- My role involves managing computer networking tasks, such as setting up VPNs and configuring firewalls to ensure secure connectivity.
- Troubleshooting software issues and assisting users with applications like Microsoft Office is part of my responsibilities.
- I will offer desktop support by addressing user inquiries over the phone.
- I will maintain and optimize IT infrastructure components to ensure all systems are current and functioning properly.
- Delivering exceptional customer service is a priority for me.
- I will conduct regular maintenance checks on computer hardware to prevent downtime and enhance performance.
- Documenting all support activities meticulously to keep accurate records of the issues resolved is essential.
