Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- I expect you to have deep knowledge of cloud platforms (with a strong preference for Google Cloud) and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- You should possess advanced skills in infrastructure-as-code tools (like Terraform and Helm).
- Experience in monitoring distributed systems and formulating actionable alerting strategies is essential.
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration, networking, and system-level debugging is necessary.
- I seek someone with programming or scripting experience in languages like Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
- It would be beneficial if you have experience with edge devices, robotics, or IoT deployments.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, FastAPI, or real-time telemetry systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- I will have you design, construct, and maintain resilient infrastructure across cloud and edge environments.
- You will be responsible for owning and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure, and repeatable deployments.
- I need you to monitor system health, performance, and availability across all platform components, from cloud APIs to on-premise robotic systems.
- You will implement and manage alerting, observability, and incident response practices.
- Collaboration with software and hardware teams to guarantee seamless deployment and uptime of core services is key.
- I expect you to define and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets, while driving reliability enhancements accordingly.
- You will assist in automating infrastructure provisioning and application rollout.
- Participation in on-call rotation and leading incident post-mortems with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement are necessary.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our systems are swift, secure, dependable, and scalable as we grow both nationally and internationally. We offer a competitive salary and ample growth opportunities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. The work schedule will include an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with on-call duties and occasional weekend work as needed. Note that relocation to Las Vegas, NV, is required before employment begins, and the job will be performed in person.
