Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in security and infrastructure
- Profound knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), networking, and system fortification
- Proficiency in operating within cloud environments (such as AWS or equivalent)
- Familiarity with zero trust principles and contemporary access control mechanisms
- Strong inclination towards ownership of system management end-to-end
Bonus:
- Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or WorkSpaces
- Exposure to SOC 2 or compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Tailscale or comparable tools
Responsibilities
- Safeguard cloud and internal infrastructures
- Create fortified Linux environments and ensure secure remote access
- Execute identity-based access systems without using static keys
- Engineer zero-trust networking solutions (e.g., Tailscale or similar)
- Monitor for threats, vulnerabilities, and system activities
- Set up logging, alerting, and incident response mechanisms
- Champion cybersecurity best practices throughout the organization
- Develop and test disaster recovery and backup systems

We are currently in search of a hands-on Security Engineer who will be instrumental in constructing and fortifying our systems from the ground up. We offer a salary range of $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually for this in-person position.
