AVP, Enterprise Applications & Systems

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience accepted. - At least eight (8) years of experience managing enterprise applications (core banking, origination systems, or similar platforms). - Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership position. - Experience in managing application vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). - Strong knowledge in enterprise application management, governance, and integration. - Excellent understanding of relational database concepts, query languages, and reporting integrations. - Proficient in networking protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP), Windows operating systems, and application support. - Knowledgeable about security best practices, authentication protocols (MFA, SAML), and regulatory compliance. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on teamwork. - Ability to comprehend business processes related to software application usage, internal controls, security, and technology. - Skilled in independently analyzing and troubleshooting issues related to industry-specific applications. - Detail-oriented approach to a fast-paced work environment. - Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. - Commitment to enhancing the customer experience through issue resolution. - Adaptable to a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing, feedback, and coaching are encouraged.
