Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 6+ years of relevant experience in test solutions and lifecycle processes, or a Masters degree with equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in generating test documentation, including work orders and test reports.
- Experience with Mil-Std-810F environmental testing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cost and schedule (EVMS).
- Familiarity with automated test software development using LabVIEW and/or TestStand; knowledge of LabWindows C, C++, and C# is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, cost, and scheduling of development program test activities.
- Design test solutions for both hardware and software components.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements and seamless hand-offs.
- Collect and analyze test data, producing necessary reports on findings.
- Conduct Mil-Std-810F environmental qualification testing.
