Requirements
Must:
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Significant experience in retail settings, including brick-and-mortar, omni-channel, or e-commerce
- Proven history of overseeing large-scale IT implementations and system rollouts
- Strong comprehension of retail systems such as POS, inventory management, supply chain, ERP, and CRM platforms
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management expertise
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle for retail IT initiatives from planning to execution and closure
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage technology projects focused on retail, including POS implementations, ERP upgrades, system integrations, store rollouts, and digital transformation endeavors
- Identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, QA, business analysis, and retail operations
- Track and report project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and retail operational requirements
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies
