Solutions Engineer - Cloud & DevOps

- Assist the Production Engineering Department across various operational areas, including production support, release management, and vulnerability management to ensure effective service for both internal and external clients. - Engage in all stages of Production Engineering for Network and Security services: design, document, configure, test, maintain, and recommend solutions for moderately complex security systems related to networking and cloud functionalities. - Configure and manage security tools, applications, software, and controls. - Provide consulting for network and security in medium-scale projects to ensure adherence to information security policies and standards. - Take part in security audits and help collect evidence for various certifications, frameworks, and customers. - Identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate remediation options. - Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and achieve objectives. - Ensure timely service delivery and proper documentation through ticket tracking systems. - Work closely with field technicians, network teams, and carrier provisioning groups to manage implementation and incident resolution. - Conduct regular training sessions for associate-level engineers. - Act as the point of escalation for Associate Solutions Engineers. - Support any other related tasks as delegated by management.
