TechINT Fusion Analyst - Reston

- We require U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with an active CI polygraph. - We need at least 6 years of experience applying all-source geospatial analysis techniques across multiple datasets. - We require experience conducting geospatial analysis to identify key terrain, named areas of interest, and targets of interest. - We need experience combining social network analysis results with traditional all-source analysis, facility characterization, and deep-dive assessments. - We require hands-on experience creating and editing data layers, shapefiles, KML/KMZ, 3D models, and similar data products in GIS tools. - We need domain knowledge in Command, Control, and Logistics (C2L), WMD, or a related field. - We require the technical depth, judgment, and independence to complete work with minimal supervision. - We need strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and logically. - We prefer 5+ years of experience with Terrabuilder, SKYLINE Global Server (SGS), SKYLINE Software Suite Terra Explorer C2MP, ESRI ArcPro 3.x, ESRI ArcGIS 9.x, and SketchUp. - We prefer experience building standard operating procedures and creating consistent, easy-to-follow documentation. - We value experience using AI and machine learning tools for analysis, including the ability to craft effective prompts. - We prefer candidates who can design, refine, evaluate, and prototype multi-disciplinary exploitation workflows and analytical methods. - We value proficiency with predictive analytics tools and models such as Signature Analyst for drawing actionable conclusions from complex data. - We prefer a strong ability to ensure that new products, signatures, and processes align with customer needs. - We prefer experience preparing, reviewing, and quality-checking technical reports, briefings, and analytic deliverables.
