Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance (willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technology field
- At least 8 years of proven experience in software development, encompassing design, development, and implementation
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or comparable object-oriented programming languages
- Experience in data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis of extensive datasets
- Familiarity with Linux-based environments
- Experience in designing and supporting cloud architectures, specifically with AWS and C2S
- Skilled in developing and maintaining applications in cloud computing settings
- Experience with NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or similar technologies
- Proven capability to lead small engineering teams and work autonomously as well as in collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to utilize emerging technologies to address mission challenges
- Familiarity with modern software development tools, DevSecOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile development practices
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient solutions for mission-critical applications
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Implement software standards and practices to deliver high-quality, extensible, and maintainable solutions
- Work with cloud technology stacks to execute data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and visualization of geospatial-temporal datasets
- Create analytical and derivative data products to assist users in acquiring significant insights
- Proactively address troubleshooting and problem-solving challenges
- Collaborate directly with users across the IC/DoD to comprehend their needs and propose technical solutions
- Work alongside diverse teams of engineers, clients, and users
- Be available to work full-time onsite
