Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- Significant experience over the last 2 years in link budget analysis and collection strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of advanced conventional weapon systems.
- Proficiency in link budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence or similar software.
- Proven ability to collaborate within a small team and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capability to convey complex technical analyses to non-experts and senior government officials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct signals analysis and generate comprehensive reports based on findings.
- Evaluate and document the strengths and weaknesses of collection platforms and sensors.
- Develop and refine collection strategies through research.
- Gather, scrutinize, and interpret electronic signals to deliver key intelligence reports that aid future strategic planning.
- Draft concepts of operations and provide operational support for various projects.
- Create and formalize new procedures and methods for innovative collection strategies.
- Perform link budget analysis to guide collection strategies.
- Apply mathematical and physics modeling to support collection strategies.
