Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI poly (or willingness to obtain a CI poly)
- At least 14 years of professional experience in a technical support capacity
- Proven technical experience with DevSecOps methodologies
- Demonstrated background in managing Kubernetes in production settings
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift environment
- Proficient in container technologies such as Docker or CRI-O
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience in deploying and maintaining open source and custom applications
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a geographically diverse operations and development team
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members in both written and verbal forms
- Willing to work primarily in a SCIF environment, including potential on-call or after-hours support as needed in either Herndon, VA; Westminster, CO; or St. Louis, MO
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and oversee Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in cloud and/or on-premises environments
- Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized application deployment
- Implement infrastructure through code
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and security; address incidents and enhance system performance
- Create and maintain platform tools, automation, and self-service functionalities
- Work in tandem with development, security, and operations teams to enrich platform usability and dependability
- Ensure adherence to organizational security and governance standards
- Engage with multidisciplinary SAFe Agile teams, effectively conveying technical concepts and ideas.
