Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship required, must hold an active Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Over 6 years of experience in network or data center systems engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in network architecture
- Proficiency in network design, protocols, infrastructure, and technologies such as IPv4, IPv6, QoS, MPLS, and BGP
- Familiarity with creating and modifying network topology diagrams using software like MS Visio
- Understanding of STIG compliance, security hardening, and secure access control methods
- Knowledge of network security principles including Crypto, COMSEC, ViPER, or VOIP
- Capable of developing network architecture for global encrypted communications and modeling data flows within MBSE
- Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the U.S. Space Force on the development and deployment of advanced Missile Warning and Tactical Intelligence systems
- Employ network design and architecture skills to support national defense initiatives
- Diagnose and rectify complex network issues
- Assess existing infrastructure and enhance security, reliability, and availability of mission-critical network systems
- Work meticulously to contribute to the acquisition and advancement of space sensing capabilities
- Communicate and cooperate effectively within a team environment
