Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and CI polygraph.
- 8 years of relevant experience alongside an advanced degree.
- Proficient in Git and software development methodologies.
- Strong background in Python, R, and SQL for web services, data management, and visualization.
- Experience in statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Knowledge and familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, cloud solutions, and data storage strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations and papers on abstract concepts.
- Familiarity with graph databases or related structures.
- Capability to lead cross-disciplinary teams on complex data science initiatives.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of addressing challenges with both structured and unstructured data.
- Skilled in applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to manipulate data for insights from large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
- Understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including their applications in intelligence.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Apache Spark, Hadoop, R, C++, SQL Coding, or visualization tools like Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts to identify solutions for complex data challenges, including pattern recognition and visualizations.
- Conduct research and implement innovative analytical techniques utilizing statistical methods and pattern recognition.
- Assist analysts in creating structured predictive intelligence approaches to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of insights.
- Develop and expand Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities with new entities and better visual representations.
- Enhance analytical practices to support critical thinking, reduce biases, and improve analytical rigor.
- Implement advanced methodologies to better tradecraft, reduce bias, and streamline analytical processes.
- Automate structured analytic techniques and workflows to boost repeatability and scalability in intelligence generation.
- Contribute to the development and integration of semantic technologies such as ontologies and knowledge graphs to adhere to Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) standards.
- Create and design visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data findings to various audiences.
- Assess and enhance analytical performance through qualitative and quantitative measurements.
