Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Secret Clearance (with the potential to obtain TS/SCI)
- Over 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, C++, or similar
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems, cloud infrastructures, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience engaging with or supporting Department of Defense programs, preferably in a forward or field setting
- Excellent communication capabilities with a knack for building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25–50% and accommodate occasional after-hours mission obligations
Responsibilities
- Deploy to customer locations within the continental U.S. to assist with operational requirements, training, and mission exercises for the U.S. Army
- Quickly learn and resolve issues related to the Vantor technology stack, focusing on geospatial platforms, data integration, and streamlining end-user workflows
- Act as a liaison between Vantors product teams and Army end users, delivering real-time insights and influencing development trajectories
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, PMO) to provide customized configurations and technical solutions for clients
- Facilitate the deployment, onboarding, and uptake of new capabilities
- Convert intricate customer requirements into clear technical specifications
- Conduct technical demonstrations, create documentation, and provide hands-on training
- Uphold stringent cybersecurity standards, data integrity, and operational discipline according to Department of Defense guidelines
