Requirements
Must:
- General understanding of master data concepts and attributes
- Experience with analyzing and resolving inconsistencies in data across integrated systems
- Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with common tools and systems used in Customer Master operations
- Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Experience in assisting the Customer Master team to manage escalated customer issues and support new implementations
- Working knowledge of JDE, SAP, Radaro, and Reltio is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required
Responsibilities
- Support processes and projects established by the Master Data Manager to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Investigate potential data issues and evaluate alternative solutions
- Analyze, synthesize, and communicate data and issues in business language to provide meaningful insights
- Design and develop key performance indicators and tracking reports for effective management of services and suppliers
- Implement quality protocols to ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and Baxter’s privacy and security policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including DTO Data Governance, IT, IMO, and Commercial, to enhance accuracy and improve operations
- Lead and support projects related to Baxter’s Customer Master operations
