Information Security Analyst

I lead and conduct security assessments to measure the adequacy of existing information security controls, identifying potential and actual system vulnerabilities along with integration requirements and strategic security needs. I coordinate reporting on information security risks and collaborate with IT sub-divisions, third-party partners, and business units to analyze the impact of technology implementations. I also maintain the evaluation and assessment process for determining security requirements for data systems, networks, or websites, identifying system issues and recommending technical security solutions. I ensure security requirements are met during implementation and evaluate development, testing, and implementation processes for security plans, risk assessments, products, and control techniques. Furthermore, I evaluate technical acquisitions and development processes while investigating complex potential or actual information security violations to ensure established policies are upheld. I lead and coordinate security assessment plans, participate in the mitigation and acceptance process for security vulnerabilities, and assist with managing vendor relationships. Additionally, I participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
