Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Oracle ESM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and related Oracle applications is required.
- A minimum of 8+ years of related work experience, with at least two years in leadership/project management is preferred. The ideal candidate must clearly demonstrate proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to Oracle ESM, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting high-quality standards.
- Ensure the maintenance and support of Oracle ESM, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Actively participate in annual SOC recertification.
- Follow Oracle ticket inception through to resolution and provide follow-up for improvement if necessary.
- Manage client priorities and expectations relative to team capacity.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of progress.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and IT teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions. Coordinate vulnerability and risk management acceptance and reacceptance, driving vulnerability reduction via Oracle’s ticketing system.
- Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle ESM consultants and developers, guiding them in the successful execution of client projects.
- Mentor and train team members to self-learn and improve their technical and functional skills in Oracle ESM solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including internal and external contractors and offshore resources to ensure project success.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle ESM product enhancements and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within project delivery teams.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to help improve internal methodologies and standards as well as drive learning.
- Be accountable for team dashboard metrics, understanding how these metrics are identified and able to report and resolve discrepancies.
- Advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Engage in AI/ML solutions with the business to deliver efficiencies and reduce manual overhead.
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Manager to oversee the support of Oracle's Enterprise Supply Management (ESM) within our Oracle ERP system. This hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Malvern, PA, and presents growth opportunities to manage another small team outside Oracle. The IT Delivery Manager will lead the operation of crew and contractors that support Monthly Oracle Maintenance Patch, enhancements, backlog of tickets, and day-to-day interactions with the Fintech Durable Product Team. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of AI capabilities related to Oracle Enterprise Supplier Management.
