Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing technology environment. In-house agency experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Deep technical knowledge of Adobe products, including Workfront, AEM, and email software.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology implementations and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
- Ability to lead projects and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking is a must.
- Strong communication skills with senior leaders and the ability to communicate up and down the organization.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and develop a team by hiring, evaluating, supervising, and providing guidance to team members.
- I will set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- I will collaborate with the MarTech team to integrate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud, streamlining our marketing operations.
- I will develop and implement strategies to maximize speed to market and efficiency using these tools.
- I will ensure that Adobe Workfront becomes the central Marketing Resource Management tool, coordinating all marketing efforts seamlessly.
- I will design and oversee the automation of marketing processes, reducing time-to-market for campaigns and initiatives.
- I will continuously deliver innovative future visions and evolution of our technology to drive value for our clients.
- I will train and mentor team members on best practices for utilizing marketing technology tools.
- I will manage projects involving cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays to Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew has the option to work remotely or continue working from our office in Malvern, PA.
