Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x versions, including sites, assets, workflows, and AEM architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex AEM solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Servlets, JSP, and Sling framework.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Deep understanding of content management, digital asset management, and AEM workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment environments like AWS, Azure, or Adobe Managed Services.
- Experience with performance tuning, optimization, and scalability of AEM-based applications.
- Experience working in product-led Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of AEM solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices and standards.
- Oversee code reviews, ensure code quality, and manage technical debt.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
- Coordinate with other technical leads, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, I will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver robust and scalable AEM solutions.
In addition to the must-have skills, familiarity with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, understanding of UI/UX design principles, and knowledge of search technologies and personalization strategies within AEM are considered nice-to-have skills.
