Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or as a business analyst within a product management team
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and curriculum design

- Strong problem-solving skills to clarify and communicate complex concepts to a varied audience
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and product adoption solutions like WhatFix
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical details to non-technical individuals
- Experience with change management processes, including impact assessments and readiness activities
- Familiarity with accounting and financial concepts
- Prior experience in professional services, particularly in sports, media, and entertainment sectors
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product features, user personas, and workflows
- Collaborate effectively with product management and engineering teams to stay informed about new features, ensuring training materials are frequently updated
- Create compelling training content, including user guides, high-level process diagrams, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Identify training needs, track product updates, and modify the training curriculum as necessary
- Facilitate live, virtual, or recorded training sessions for users and stakeholders
