Requirements

Must:
- Associates Degree or equivalent - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or M365 Modern Desktop Administrator - Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Azure - Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Service Desk roles - Proficiency in remote desktop support and network troubleshooting - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC machines is advantageous - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service abilities while interacting with end users - Self-driven and capable of independent work - Team-oriented in a dynamic, customer-centric environment

Responsibilities

- Monitor and address Service Desk tickets promptly - Collaborate with requesters to gather all relevant information necessary for swift resolution - Provide updates to requestors regarding the status of their cases to ensure service satisfaction - Assist users in resolving issues related to system access, password resets, printer functions, application queries, and other technology-related matters - Train users on the effective use of hardware and software, and develop training resources - Prepare equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup of cables, operating systems, and necessary software - Conduct diagnostics and refer to technical documentation as needed to troubleshoot issues - Elevate complex inquiries or serious incidents to supervisors as warranted - Adhere to the companys policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all actions - Manage and monitor inventory of hardware, including asset and software license oversight - Exhibit flexibility in work schedule to support 24/7 operations of critical systems - Employ independent problem-solving and a systematic troubleshooting approach to overcome challenges - Collaborate effectively as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused service team - Maintain current knowledge of industry trends by attending conferences and seminars when appropriate
