Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in computer/network security, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience in system administration within production environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and management
- Expertise in VMware ESXi virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with Cisco networking including switches, access points, and firewalls
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to security and compliance best practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Initiative in identifying improvement opportunities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain the integrity of Windows Server configurations and services
- Oversee VMware ESXi hosts, ensuring optimal performance and resource management
- Configure and support Cisco network devices, prioritizing security and scalability
- Serve as an escalation point for complex server and network issues
- Proactively maintain system monitoring and alerting processes
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct disaster recovery drills and manage backup operations
- Develop change management protocols and communicate downtime to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain thorough documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system enhancements and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize operations
Description

This is a full-time, onsite position with regular hours from Monday to Friday, and includes rotating on-call responsibilities.
