Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar experience
- Proficient in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), HMI development, and SCADA systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygienic design standards is advantageous
- Experience with robotics, vision systems, or automated packaging lines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee automation projects from inception to completion, including PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and system startups
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of automated systems
- Diagnose issues and enhance systems involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Provide training and assistance to automation technicians
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in automation technology
