Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley/Rockwell) and HMI development.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygienic design is advantageous.
- Preferred experience with robotics, vision systems, or automated packaging lines.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee automation projects from inception to completion, including PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and system commissioning.
- Ensure the optimal and safe operation of all automated systems.
- Diagnose and enhance systems involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotic technologies.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor automation technicians as needed.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology.
