Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
- Practical experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), HMI development, and SCADA systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygienic design is advantageous
- Additional experience with robotics, vision systems, or automated packaging systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee automation projects from inception to completion, including PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and system launches
- Ensure the reliability and safety of our automated systems
- Diagnose issues and enhance systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory guidelines
- Provide training and support to automation technicians
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in automation technologies
