Requirements
Must:
- Experience installing software and printer drivers on both PCs and Macs.
- Proficient in printing-related software such as Word, Excel, Publisher, PDFs, and Adobe.
- Solid computer literacy with a foundational understanding of networking.
- Familiarity with TCP IPv4, DHCP, DNS, SMB, SMTP, and Gateways.
- Dependable, organized, and punctual with a positive demeanor.
- Capacity to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Customer service-focused with the ability to maintain patience while assisting customers.
- A valid California drivers license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in both the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver and install Sharp MFPs weighing up to 475 lbs.
- Address trouble calls associated with printing, scanning, networking, and advanced functionalities.
- Assist with new-user installations related to printing, scanning, and device access.
- Accurately identify and troubleshoot printing, scanning, and network complications.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and clarifying solutions with patience.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions, sharing equipment issues and resolutions with the team.
