Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Over 8 years of experience with NetSuite
- Extensive knowledge of standard accounting principles, financial reporting obligations, and GAAP compliance
- Comprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle within the NetSuite ecosystem (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay), with a strong preference for warehousing/manufacturing background
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Concur, HubSpot, or Celigo will be a plus, although not mandatory
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication capabilities, alongside strong presentation skills
- Ability to adapt, possess technical skills, and work collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Assess system processes and offer valuable insights to facilitate strategic decision-making related to business operations within the NetSuite framework
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather pertinent requirements, eliminate unnecessary inefficiencies, enhance system functionality, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and operational best practices while safeguarding system security and integrity
- Provide mentorship to junior NetSuite Administrative personnel through training and guidance
- Propel business success by identifying opportunities for enhancements in business processes and financial operations
- Create and uphold internal documentation controls to ensure precision and compliance during project scope planning
- Provide ad hoc NetSuite support as needed
