ERP Data Migration Lead

- Design and implement the data migration strategy for diverse enterprise projects like ERP, cloud, analytics, and regulatory migrations - Spearhead migration initiatives across functional areas including Finance, SCM, and EAM, utilizing top-tier solutions for data profiling and quality - Use ERP connectors and integration technologies to enhance data extraction and migration validation while supporting reconciliation and quality checks - Manage advanced tools to compare legacy and target environments, ensuring accuracy and completeness at each migration stage - Collaborate with technology teams to select and deploy new data management solutions that align with existing data lakes and governance frameworks - Work with business data owners and experts to define clear data stewardship and ongoing quality monitoring processes - Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to secure compliant data movement across on-premises and cloud environments - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into migration progress, quality metrics, and readiness for deployment - Collaborate closely with system integrators and platform architects to synchronize data migration, cutover, and fallback strategies with the enterprise data landscape - Ensure migration architectures align seamlessly with organizational data governance and analytics strategies, including Data Lake governance - Verify that ERP connectors are properly configured to optimize data extraction and auditability across platforms - Engage in architectural design discussions to ensure scalability, compliance, and best practices for future technology investments
