Requirements
Must:
- We need at least 5 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
- We require strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, including system logs and diagnostic utilities.
- We need experience with Windows Deployment Services (WDS) or comparable imaging platforms.
- We expect candidates to be comfortable handling ticket queues and meeting service-level targets.
- We require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- We need experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining software and hardware.
- We require experience troubleshooting VoIP and softphone applications.
- We look for familiarity with Active Directory fundamentals.
- We require experience using remote support tools.
- We need an understanding of call center workstation performance requirements.

- We prefer experience with RingCentral, Genesys Cloud, or similar contact center platforms.
- We prefer familiarity with PDQ Deploy/Inventory, Intune, and SCCM.
- We prefer basic knowledge of network layouts and VPN clients.

- We prefer knowledge of asset management systems.
- We prefer prior IT support experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities
- We troubleshoot and resolve Windows PC issues, including operating system errors, application slowdowns, driver problems, and user profile concerns.
- We deploy, image, and configure systems using WDS or similar tools.
- We manage support tickets from start to finish and communicate progress clearly.
- We correspond effectively with users and team members by email, chat, and in person.
- We document troubleshooting actions, resolutions, and workarounds accurately.
- We install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and specialized call center hardware.
- We diagnose and fix VoIP, softphone, and headset or audio issues.
- We maintain accurate inventory records for PCs and peripheral devices.
- We support new-hire setups, workstation readiness, and onboarding activities.
- We perform break/fix work, device refreshes, and equipment moves and changes (IMAC).
- We provide basic network troubleshooting support.
- We assist with printer setup, driver updates, and printer-related troubleshooting.
- We follow IT policies, security procedures, and data handling standards.
- We work within a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment to keep workstations running smoothly.
